The VO Web Designs website, vowebdesigns.com, does not collect any information from, or about, visitors to this website, except when shared voluntarily by the visitor's use of the contact form contained on the website.

VO Web Designs DOES collect information from clients in the process of conducting business with its clients. However, none of the information collected from clients in the process of conducting business is shared externally. There are two exceptions to this policy:

1. when sub-contracting for additional services, VO Web Designs may need to provide information about clients, at which time VO Web Designs will obtain written permission from the client to share such specific information as required by the sub-contractor;
2. where required by law, VO Web Designs may be approached to provide information about clients, at which time VO Web Designs will notify clients about such legal requirement.
